During the Meet & Greet, we visit your home to get acquainted with you and your cat. We discuss your cat’s specific needs, preferences, and any special requirements they may have. This is also the time when we collect a key to your home, ensuring we’re fully prepared to provide personalised care during our cat sitting visits.

Each visit typically lasts for around 20 minutes, allowing us enough time to feed, play with and tend to your cat’s needs, ensuring they’re happy and comfortable.

If your cat isn’t used to being alone, especially at night, you may want to book our overnight stay.

We’re patient and experienced with shy cats. We’ll give them the space they need and won’t force interaction. Over time, with gentle encouragement, many cats warm up to us.

Absolutely. If your cat requires medication, provide us with the necessary details, timings and instructions. We’re skilled in giving most oral medications in liquid or tablet form, however, we don’t administer injections.

We can send regular updates via WhatsApp, including photos, so you’re always in the loop about how your cat is doing.

Please ensure there’s a sufficient supply of your cat’s preferred food and litter. If there are any special toys or treats they love, do let us know. Providing us with emergency contacts and your vet’s information is also recommended. It’s also useful if you can leave out some cleaning cloths, paper towels, washing up liquid, and a dust pan and brush in case there are any messes to clear up.
