Popular Questions

Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions people have when considering cat sitting services. Let’s dive in, shall we?

We cover Byfleet, West Byfleet, Pyrford, New Haw, Cobham, St. George’s Hill and Weybridge.

Each daily visit typically lasts for around 20 minutes, allowing us enough time to feed, play with and tend to your cat’s needs, ensuring they’re happy and comfortable.

During the week visits will be between 5am-8am / 4pm-8pm. Weekend visits may be earlier or later due to more visits taking place.

Our overnight service typically spans from the evening to the following morning, ensuring your cat has companionship during the night hours – 7pm-7am / 8pm-8am.

Simply make a booking – either over the phone or preferably by email (stating the dates you want us to cover).  At that point, a 25% deposit is payable (subject to a minimum deposit of £20).

Once the deposit has been paid, we will email you a booking confirmation and a few weeks before you go away, a visit will be arranged to meet you and your cat(s) and go through your cat care arrangements.

Don’t worry! (Subject to our service being available for the approximate dates you require) Once you pay a £20 deposit, consider your spot in our diary saved – even if you haven’t nailed down your exact travel dates. This deposit is non-refundable, but you can use it for any future bookings, no expiry. So, rest easy knowing your cat will be well looked after whenever you need to head out.

Please ensure there’s a sufficient supply of your cat’s preferred food and litter for the duration of the booking. If there are any special toys or treats they love, do let us know. Providing us with emergency contacts and your vet’s information is also recommended.

We’re patient and experienced with shy cats. We’ll give them the space they need and won’t force interaction. Over time, with gentle encouragement, many cats warm up to us.

Absolutely. If your cat requires medication, provide us with the necessary details, timings and instructions. We’re skilled in giving most oral medications either in liquid or tablet form (no injections).

We’ll send regular updates via WhatsApp, including photos, so you’re always in the loop about how your cat is doing.

During our first Meet & Greet we’ll collect your keys. Once your initial booking wraps up, you’ve got two choices. We can either pop the keys back to you or keep hold of them for next time. A lot of our regulars like us to hang onto a spare set. But, it’s totally up to you. Just remember, if you opt for us not to keep your keys, you’ll need to get them over to us for any future bookings or pay the £5 collection/return fee.

A 25% non-refundable deposit (minimum £20) will be due to confirm your booking. You can pay the remaining balance any time before the start of the booking. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as you can.
